The courses here are all for people who have already some experience as barista and/or want to be tested and certified with international standards. Prior knowledge is required except for the Introduction to Coffee course. The Courses end with the official SCA Test and (if passed) an
official SCA diploma which is rewarded with points in the CSP Coffee

In this course with a focus on theory, a basic knowledge of the product coffee is imparted. The path of coffee from the plantation to our cup, botany and history are the focus of the course. Naturally accompanied by practical parts and tastings with interesting sensory exercises.

Learn the practical skills you need behind the espresso bar: Learn how to set up your grinder, and learn milk techniques and latte style, about health and safety, customer service and basic business practices.
The Foundation Level provides a first glimpse into a particular coffee discipline and is a great way to get a glimpse of the barista world and decide if you want to continue learning. The Foundation level does not require any prior knowledge. Courses at this level last 1 day.

The Intermediate level is suitable if you are already part of the industry, work in the area covered by the module and have a sound knowledge of the basic skills. Experience in this area is recommended for this level. The intermediate courses usually last 2 days.

This module is suitable if you want to acquire high-level expertise in your subject. Success at this level should demonstrate to employers the competence to work locally.
Before attempting to reach this level, extensive relevant experience is recommended. Candidates must have the intermediate qualification in the Intermediate Module before they can reach the professional level. Courses at this level last 3 days including examination
